Wellness Consultations

THE HOLISTIC LIFE

Start with time to talk about what has brought you here. We review your concerns, daily habits, and wellness goals, then explore nutrition, lifestyle, and mind-body support that may fit your needs.

Consultations include a foundational assessment and biocommunication scan. Your practitioner uses the scan report as a conversation and planning tool alongside what you share about your experiences. Not sure which appointment to choose? Reach out and we will help you find a starting point.

Personalized Holistic Assessment and Wellness Planning

A clearer direction when you’re unsure what to try next.

When you have ongoing wellness concerns, it can be difficult to decide which information applies to you, which recommendations to follow, and where to begin.

At The Holistic Life, you work directly with Christine Cherundolo, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Traditional Naturopath, for an individualized assessment of your wellness concerns. Your consultation combines a detailed conversation about your experiences, a practitioner-guided review of your biofeedback software report, and personalized recommendations.

Our work together focuses on understanding your priorities, explaining the reasoning behind your recommendations, and developing a plan we can revisit as your needs change.

What Your Consultation Provides

We take time to understand what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and what you hope to change. Your health history, current routines, physical concerns, and emotional experiences all have a place in the assessment.

This gives us context for considering recommendations that fit your circumstances and goals.

An assessment centered on your concerns

A guided review of your biofeedback report

You have someone to walk through the software report with you, explain its terminology and limitations, and consider it alongside your history and concerns.

You can ask questions about what the information means, why a recommendation is being considered, and what may warrant further discussion with your medical provider.

We help you decide what to focus on first. Recommendations may include nutritional support, wellness products, mind-body practices, and changes to daily routines, depending on your concerns and the consultation.

We discuss the purpose of each recommendation and how it fits into your broader plan. Your preferences, current care, and ability to put recommendations into practice matter.

A focused wellness plan

Continuing support and thoughtful adjustments

Follow-up appointments give us time to review your experiences, discuss questions, and reconsider recommendations. We look at what you have tried, what you have noticed, and what has been difficult to maintain.

Your plan can evolve with you.

Our root-cause approach begins with exploring what may be contributing to how you feel. We consider your concerns within the broader context of your health history, nutrition, stress, sleep, personal experiences, and daily demands.

We support both your physical and emotional well-being, recognizing that each can influence your experience of the other.

The goal is to develop a more considered approach to your wellness concerns, with a clear purpose behind the steps we explore together.

Our Root-Cause Approach

Comprehensive Consultation — Level 3

Approximately 120 minutes

$150

A longer session with time to explore your concerns, review your daily routines, and discuss your wellness priorities. It includes a foundational assessment, an advanced biocommunication scan, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

We also make room to discuss emotional well-being, food-related questions, and Bach remedy options. Level 3 is recommended for your first several appointments as we get to know your needs and consider next steps together.

Focused Follow-Up — Level 2

60–75 minutes

$120

A focused session to review how things have been going, discuss questions, and adjust your wellness plan. It includes a foundational assessment and biocommunication scan, with attention to the concerns and daily habits you would like to explore.

We can revisit nutrition, emotional well-being, and lifestyle support as your priorities change. Level 2 is recommended after your initial consultations, while we continue working toward a routine that fits you.

Maintenance Consultation — Level 1

45–60 minutes

$90

A shorter check-in for continuing support. We review your current routines, discuss what is working and what feels difficult, and consider any adjustments to your wellness plan. A foundational assessment and biocommunication scan are included.

Level 1 is recommended once you and your practitioner are focusing on maintaining your routines and revisiting your needs over time.
